The Black Hawks Open the State Playoff with a Win

Playing North Farmington for the third time this season, the Black Hawks started fast, opening the game with back to back to back to back threes, in route to a 19 point first quarter.

That quick start proved to be enough as the Black Hawks maintained that lead to win 56-47.  M. Hashim scored 20 points on the night and in the process became the school's career scoring leader.  She added 8 more assists and 4 steals as well.

J. Banks had 14 points and connected on 4 threes, giving her the record for most made threes in a season. A. Savaya and G. Getz added 8 and 6 respectively as contributions were made throughout the lineup all evening.

The 12th win of the season marked the 9th consecutive year that the Black Hawks have won 12 or more games.  During that span they have won an astounding 70% of their games played!
